When a process server walks into our office holding a summons, deposition demand, or wage-withholding order aimed at your Minnesota entity, the default workflow kicks in: that document is service of process, it gets scanned on the day of arrival, the digital file appears in your client account, and we apply no fee or yearly ceiling to handling it.
